Because July is lavender harvest month, we are finishing with the focus of the French flavors and dishes of the countryside.
The cuisine of the French countryside is approachable and often a combination of simple and staple ingredients. The key to their cuisine resides both in the usage and freshness of the ingredients in each of the recipes.
In an ode to lavender, 2 of the dishes will incorporate this wonderful and satisfying herb.
This is an impressive five-course dinner from which you will gain experience using culinary Lavender in both sweet and savory applications, as well as a wide range of distinctive vegetable courses. The main course featuring poultry is a classic French approach and will be a great lesson to draw from forever!
