We are opening May with a Timballo. Timballo is famous in the classic movie, “The Big Night” and makes quite the statement on the Italian table.
This dish has deep roots back to the Renaissance era and the Medici weddings and has been made a with a variety of fillings. This recipe is approachable and light for the summer months. We have paired it with some simple but flavorful side dishes.
We will finish the evening with a savory/sweet combination of a cheesecake served with candied tomatoes.
