It’s autumn and signs of cooler weather and going “inward” are peeking around the corner. This time of year brings fond memories of fresh pasta making with my nonna and I wanted to create an evening of making fresh pasta with beautiful accompanying sauces for our September culinary social

Join me to learn about the various flours, techniques, and tricks to making beautiful pasta each time and create 3 elegant yet satisfying accompanying sauces which use all the seasonal flavors 

The evening will conclude with a harvest feast of all 3 pasta dishes, a seasonal salad, and a beautiful seasonal tort with vanilla bean gelato.
