Dear friends,
Come join me for my newest series of culinary events, “Gatherings”. This is what I love to do most! I am very excited to offer authentic, imaginative cuisine in a warm and comfortable setting. I will personally prepare and serve six courses featuring locally sourced organic ingredients orchestrated into a themed progressive dining experience. Each course will include a paired wine. 

This is our third ”gathering” and we are celebrating Lavender Harvest in the North Valley.  For centuries culinary Lavendar has been used to extend the range of both sweet and savory dishes. Lavendar's influence is distinctive and yet subtle. Our dinner will showcase this wonderful herb used within French Provencial and Northern Italian courses.

The dinner event is co-hosted at the award winning Sarabande B&B in Albuquerque. Limited seating will ensure a congenial yet intimate experience in a beautiful evening setting.
