Dear friends,

Come join me for my newest series of culinary events, “Gatherings”. This is what I love to do most! I am very excited to offer authentic, imaginative cuisine in a warm and comfortable setting. I will personally prepare and serve six courses featuring locally sourced organic ingredients orchestrated into a themed progressive dining experience. Each course will include a paired wines. 

This is our fourth ”gathering” and we are celebrating Greece. Inspired by the flavors and dishes of the mainland and Ikaria, the “longevity” island, I will prepare a feast that is both sophisticated and yet playfully eclectic with influences from both areas.

The dinner event is co-hosted at the award winning Sarabande B&B in Albuquerque. Limited seating will ensure a congenial yet intimate experience in a beautiful evening setting.

Michelle Michelotti-Martinez is founder and creator of Eatentions, a company specializing in Culinary Classes, Lunch and Dinner Gatherings, Catering, and Community Food events and Causes. Michelle, a native New Mexican, has a combined 20 years of teaching, catering, and commercial food and restaurant experience. She is passionate about working closely with farmers and purveyors within the slow food movement to source and serve the best organic and sustainable ingredients available. Her joy is to use her expertise, talents and energy to fashion great food events that bring good people together. Create. Gather. Feast! 

She has studied extensively in Italy, New York and Los Angeles. She frequently studies with experts regionally, and plans to continue her culinary education in New York and Europe. She is the former founder/owner of Cucina Angelica, and Pasta Divina companies.

Michelle regularly offers classes in classical and unique methodologies to prepare varied cuisine courses.
