Dear friends,
Come join me for my newest series of culinary events, “Gatherings”. This is what I love to do most! I am very excited to offer authentic, imaginative cuisine in a warm and comfortable setting. I will personally prepare and serve six courses featuring locally sourced organic ingredients orchestrated into a themed progressive dining experience. Each course will include a paired wine. 

This is our second ”gathering” and we are celebrating both Fathers Day and Summertime Harvest. Inspired by the season, I will prepare a feast that is both sophisticated and yet playfully eclectic with Italian influences. 
The dinner event is co-hosted at the award winning Sarabande B&B in Albuquerque. Limited seating will ensure a congenial yet intimate experience in a beautiful evening setting.
